Nestled at the foot of the majestic Wasatch Mountains, Weber State University (WSU) is your Utah conference destination. The Scheduling, Events and Conference (SEC) Services office can assist in all your event needs, including: meeting facilities, guest housing, catering, audio/visual, parking, transportation and registration. Weber State University’s SEC office can coordinate all necessary facilities and provide a master invoice.
In addition to terrific meeting spaces, the SEC office works directly with Dining Services to provide an array of menu options to meet your catering needs. The catering menu includes popular options; however, an on-site chef can create custom dishes as needed. The Retail Food Coupon allows guests to choose from several food venues while conveniently adding all costs to your master invoice. Weber State University can help with your large-scale transportation needs, including airport runs, excursions and parking. When it comes to activities for your attendees, WSU and Ogden City offer an incredible variety both on, and close to, campus.
