Sushi Pro is Utah’s first conveyor belt sushi restaurant which is called “kaitenzushi" in Japanese. The conveyor belt brings plates of sushi to customers, and the plates are color-coded by price. If you have special orders, a tiny bullet train will deliver them to your table. Sushi Pro has become a popular restaurant that attracts eaters to Ogden. On Wednesdays, everything on the conveyor belt plus kitchen meals are All-You-Can-Eat.
